Holy cow I'm officially overweight!! I'm no longer OBESE (such a nasty word). My BMI is 30.0!!!!! I started out weighing 225.6 with a BMI of 34.18.
Four months into the year and I've made positive changes. I've lost 28 pounds and have squirreled away a few pennies for the holidays. By the end of the year I'll have $1,000 saved.
Whoa! You must be tall. :) I had to get to 185 to not be obese, and I started at 299 lbs. Long road.
