Very frustrating that the scale moved in the right direction. I'm eating healthy food and drinking loads of water. I'm starting to wonder if weighing in every day is too much. I feel like if I don't weigh in every morning I won't have a good grip on my weight loss but on the other hand could weighing in every day be sabotaging my weight loss because I'm getting discouraged when I don't see any positive changes.

Hmmm.....

  1. I would find weighing every day frustrating, but some of us feel better in control when we do. Do whatever works for you.
