I feel really good because I've been eating healthy food. I sleep well, I've got more energy and overall just feel better. I'm glad the scale moved a little bit this morning. I ate more fiber yesterday....oatmeal and raisins. Will I be able to hit 210 by February 1st? Ironically my goal was 5 pounds a month.
