225.6

I stepped on the digital scale. 225.6!!!! Earth shattering (pun intended) weight    :(

Started the day off with a protein shake. Dr. Oz says that starting your day with 30 grams of protein will help you lose weight. Lets see if this helps. Kind of tastes like cardboard in liquid form. Not that I eat cardboard on a regular basis.
