Didn't have a protein shake yesterday morning. Ate Subway for lunch, could that sandwich really be 320 caloreis as advertised? Ate Mexican food (my weakness) for dinner....ate half of what I normally would eat, but still a lovely salt festival. Also didn't drink enough water during the day and two glasses of wine at night. Weight loss is a day by day thing.
