Heart is saying NOOOOOOOOOOOO! WTF I barely ate yesterday.    :(
Brain is saying wow you've lost 8 pounds in a week, focus on the ultimate goal of losing 50 pounds by 12/31/2012.

Today I will drink 80 oz of water and also walk at least 7,500 steps. I have a FitBit pedometer which links into a website where I log my food and sleep. Don't forget how important sleep is to losing weight. Hopefully with the increased movement I will be able to lose a pound this week.
