220.0

Day two of the cardboard protein shake. Hopped on the scale and weighed in at 220 (first thing in the morning and with no clothes on) still a hell of a lot better than yesterday’s earth shattering 225. I’m highly motivated to eat healthy and move more. Yesterday I took my dog for a walk. Being that he is a Chihuahua he walked some of the way and I carried him the rest of the way (still counts as walking the dog). I really hope this motivation becomes a habit and this time next year it’s just the way I live my life. Back to mundane things like dinner. I’ve got left over prime rib from New Years Day and need to use it up. Is it sinful to chop it up and use it for chili?
