Thinking that I need more fiber in my diet. Drank 104 oz of water yesterday, but didn't produce a #2. Perhaps the increased protein in my diet is causing this. Goal today is to jump rope for 5 minutes straight. Not sure what kind of fiber I want to incorporate in my diet. Certainly not a laxative or one of those dreadful fiber bars (the protein shakes are bad enough).
