Loving the daily weigh in on a digital scale because I can see progress. I know that at some point I will hit a wall. This week's goal is to drink 80 oz of water a day. Next week it will be to drink 80 oz of water and do 30 minutes of exercise a day. MOTIVATED!!!
p.s. Jump rope was a challenge. I think I looked like a baby hippo lumbering around in the back yard.
