206.2

So close to hitting this month's goal of 205. I'm thinking that 5 pounds a month is a realistic weight loss goal. I want to make sure that once I lose this weight that I don't gain it back. I've seen so many people drop 30 pounds on fad diets then a year later gain it back plus a few extra pounds.

Eating lots of vegetables, fruit, lean protien and whole grains really isn't a diet. I have to think of this as the way I eat for the rest of my life.

On the financial front things are looking up, my hubby has work for the next few months.   :)
