On January 1st my goal was to lose 5 pounds by February 1st. Woo hoo today I'm 16 pounds lighter than I was a month ago.

My motivation is at an all time high! This isn't a diet, this is a way of life. Eating healthy unprocessed foods every day is something I will do forever. I'm "allergic" to processed foods.....they make me break out in fat cells. Haha!
