Ate all healthy food in small portions yesterday and the scale is moving again (in the right direction). Didn't exercise. I really need to get my act together and figure out what works for me because I'm not motivated to exercise. My brain knows that I can't get to a healthy weight by only controlling my food.

  1. It's definitely not always easy to motivate yourself to workout sometimes. I guess the best advice I can give is find something you REALLY enjoy doing so it doesn't feel like a chore. Like I love dancing so when I get tired of always taking walks, I blast some music and dance around my room, looking like a fool LOL.

  2. Congrats on your loss. I agree with Mina, once you find something you like it does become easier. And you will probably even learn to like it. I bet your motivation to exercise will increase as you lose more and more weight.
