Back on track with eating and its working. Yesterday I ran, well technically I managed to run for about 100 yards then had to walk for 5 minutes until I could breathe again, then I ran and walked. I felt like my lungs were going to explode. I'm not a smoker, never have been, and thought that I was in fair shape. Obviously not!! My new goal (along with weight loss and financial stability) is to be able to run for 2 miles without having to walk. It felt really good to get away from my desk and actually do something. Oddly enough I'm not that sore today. I was expecting to wake up in agony.
