Sooooo close to my March goal of 199! Logging all my food on FitBit and making sure I move enough to burn what I've eaten plus another 500 calories. I stay below 1,500 calories eating 2 servings of fresh fruit and 5 servings of fresh vegetables, lean protien and three servings of grains. Eating healthy (because this isn't a 'diet', rather its a way of life) has become a habit and I'm finding that I've lost my taste and cravings for junk food. I made brownies for my family and haven't even looked twice at them. Four months ago I would have shoveled in at least half of the pan. Could it be that I'm starting to think like a thin person???
