Its amazing what eating at home does!

I realized yesterday that my sweet tooth is almost gone. I've always been a sweets after every meal, or should I say sweets any time, kind of person. I literally craved refined sugars. One of the big changes I made on January 1st was to make refined sweets a treat rather than a daily food. Pretty much every day in January and February I thought about brownies, cupcakes and chocolate just about every day. Especially after meals!! Since the beginning of March I haven't thought about sweets and am hoping that eating healthy has balanced out my body enough that I won't have unhealthy cravings all the time.
