I ate literally everything in sight yesterday. I was at home all day working on preparing our taxes. Stress eating? Yes! It started out as plain old hunger because I chose to eat bagels and lox for breakfast rather than my protien filled normal breakfast. One bagel ended up being two and then it was on for the rest of the day.

Ironically I expected to wake up this morning weighing 225 again. Today is a new day and I'm back on track.
