I had my official weigh in yesterday. I've lost 20 pounds since Jan 1st. According to the BMI charts someone that is 5ft 9in tall should weigh no more than 146. That means I'm hauling around 58 pounds of lard on my body.....yikes!

I don't know that I will be able to get to 146 let alone maintain that. I'm taking this weight loss/healthy lifestyle journey 5 pounds at a time. This months goal is to get to 199. I haven't been under 200 in almost 7 years.   :(
