203.4

Screw fried chicken....I'm 203.4 today!! Well not literally although I'm sure there are some weirdos that have a fried chicken fettish ~ haha.

I've decided that having a monthly weight loss goal is more motivating than setting a 'big' goal. I'm finding that losing 5 pounds a month is easy to achieve and the small daily changes keep me on track. I'm not sure what my ideal weight is, I guess I will see what I look like and how my body changes as the months go on.
